Swee'Pea is playing with his bow and arrow and he is very excited. He rushes off to find Popeye. Once Popeye is located, he tells him he is ready and gets an apple. As they both head out, Popeye asks him if he is sure he is ready. Swee'Pea assures him he has been practicing. With the apple on Popeye's head, his boy-kid explains that he can hit the apple once out of every four shots. Popeye turns around to look at the target and is shocked to see only one arrow in the picture of the apple and the other three in the picture of his head.
