Plot[]

A ghost named One Boo Bascom has moved out of his drafty old castle. The house he chose to move into belongs to Monica and Sandy's Aunt Agatha, who runs straight to her brother's the moment she sees Bascom.
Uncle Dudley does not believe his sister's story but it gives him a great idea. He plans to pay his nieces to stay at Agatha's house and redecorate it. He tells them to take Dinky along with them. Aunt Agatha will stay with Uncle Dudley to recover from her scare until the girls are done.
When everyone arrives at Aunt Agatha's house, Bascom instantly plans to scare them away too. Dinky, however, aggravates Bascom as much as he does Uncle Dudley.
Dinky constantly plows through Bascom or plows him over. Dinky finally drives him away after he throws him into a tub of plaster. When the plaster dries, Dinky knocks him down the stairs.
