Synopsis[]

As Swee'Pea is walking to Olive's house, he encounters all kinds of dangers like falling safes, gorillas and even hypnotists. Professor H. J. Doze asks Swee'Pea in to help his class with their assignment. All three students give Swee'Pea an action and a command word. Before they can finish, however, Swee'Pea leaves.

Every time someone says a command word, Swee'Pea goes into a hypnotic trance. Swee'Pea leads Popeye and Wimpy all over town before they find the Professor to snap him out of it.
