Tabitha St. Germain (also formerly known by the alias of Paulina Gillis, born October 31, 1964) is an American-born Canadian actress, voice actress and occasional singer.
She provided the voices of Swee'Pea and Olive Oyl in Popeye's Voyage: the Quest for Pappy.
