"Strikes, Spares an' Spinach" is a 1960 episode of Popeye the Sailor.
Plot[]
Popeye is taking a bath, then comes to the door. It is Brutus, asking Popeye to go bowling with him, but the sailor tells him he has to teach Olive how to bowl. He approaches Olive, but Brutus tries to be with her. As Olive prefers Popeye, Brutus decides to sabotage the bowling lesson. Popeye tries to teach Olive how to bowl, but his attempts are sabotaged by Brutus. After the final failed attempt, Olive decides to quit bowling, thinking it is too rough. Popeye realizes Brutus was behind it, so he eats his spinach and rolls him to the trash cans.
