Problem Pappy is Popeye's 91st cartoon, produced by Fleischer Studios and released on January 10, 1941.
Plot[]
Poopdeck Pappy's antics continue to give Popeye a hard time. The sailor's father takes a job that has him on a flagpole atop a skyscraper, so Popeye sets out to bring him back down, but the old timer will have none of it, even cutting Popeye's makeshift tightrope when the latter attempts a crossing from another building. Popeye's fall is luckily broken, after which a violent storm erupts, then the frightened Pappy is safely recovered after Popeye eats his spinach.
