"Motor Knocks" is a 1961 episode of Popeye the Sailor.
Plot[]
Popeye and Olive Oyl are driving, but the car runs out of fuel. At Brutus' Garage, Brutus starts filling up Popeye's car (along with his own truck) with gas. He starts flirting with Olive, but Popeye tells him to never mind the 'oil'. After spraying Popeye with gas, Brutus tells Olive that he is a songwriter, before Popeye comes back from washing himself. Brutus starts sabotaging the car, then pockets an overcharged payment from Popeye. Popeye and Olive are driving to Suicide Hill, but the car fails. Brutus starts "fixing" the car, then grabs Olive. Brutus tows Popeye and the car up the hill and makes the car crash, then fall. Popeye eats his spinach and beats up Brutus, then tows him away.
