Plot[]
Popeye and Olive Oyl are walking across the street. Olive sees a wedding dress, so Popeye asks her if she is getting married. Olive tells Popeye that he is too old for her. Popeye then sees a young boy trying to escort him across the street. Since Olive wants to find someone young and handsome, Brutus goes to the Sea Hag's shed and gets a youth potion, which de-ages him. Brutus, under the name Don Juan, courts Olive, making Popeye jealous. He also drinks the youth potion, but it turns him into a toddler. Brutus starts spanking Popeye, but Olive feeds the little sailor spinach, so he can beat him up. Olive too drinks the youth potion and turns into a toddler, and she and Popeye play together.
