The Invisible Island is a mysterious uncharted island that is surrounded by a strange fog that makes it complete invisible to outsiders. However, those who pass through the fog are capable of seeing the island. The Invisible Island is the native land of the easily-irritable Nothings, a race of people completely invisible to others.

The Invisible Island was created by Bud Sagendorf in 1955, first appearing in the second story from the 34th issue of the original Popeye comic book, titled "Nothing!".
