Axe Me Another (released on August 30, 1934) is Popeye's 13th cartoon short, Produced by Fleischer Studios.
Plot[]
Pierre Bluto, running a logging camp, has thrown Olive into the river because he did not like her spinach. As she drifts near Popeye's riverside dock, the sailor rescues her using a small boat he had just built and says "Anyone who hates spinach is my emeny", then proceeds to beat Bluto at a lumberjack challenge, besting him at every turn. After the contest segues into a fight, which Popeye also wins, the latter and Olive force-feed Bluto large amounts of spinach as punishment.
